Think Outside the Podcast Box; New Adventures

Dec 8, 2024 | Advice for Aspiring Authors, Encouragement for Readers, For Children's Book Readers, Writing Process

Think Outside the Podcast Box; New Adventures for the holiday season upon us; we help you unwrap some new things in your life.

This week, I had the great pleasure of interviewing two Children’s Book Authors for our podcast show, Adventures in the Heart of Children’s Book Authors. I plan to release both podcast episodes over the next week.

Part of my desire to be a Children’s Book Author is to help other children’s book authors.

The children’s book authors community is diverse as the children’s books each of us writes.

To all children’s book readers, your support means the world to us, especially when you choose to purchase our books. Each sale fuels our passion and helps keep the dream of writing alive.

If you are looking for stocking stuffers for the holiday season, adding a few children’s books, including Terril Lilga’s, Santa’s Simon and Chelsea Chong Kim, and Carol the Carrot Bowls for the Salad Bowl, would be the perfect gifts.

I know you will enjoy each book; book reviews are always welcome.

Your heartfelt reviews are more than words—they are affirmations that let us know we’re genuinely connecting with young readers. These messages are gifts that inspire us to keep creating.

For aspiring children’s book authors, you may have heard the advice to surround yourself with like-minded individuals on your journey to mastering your craft. This community can provide invaluable insights that help you decide if children’s book writing is your true calling.

This podcast aims to enrich children’s book readers and inspire budding authors looking to ignite their passion for storytelling.

By connecting with fellow authors, you’ll learn how they have successfully reached their audiences, allowing them to pursue their dreams.

Delivering value and creating a low-risk opportunity for people to explore whether your work resonates with them is crucial to building an audience. This strategy can help you achieve your goals.

My grandchildren deeply inspire my journey into children’s literature.

Each author I interview has a distinct narrative; however, you’ll discover themes that echo your experiences. I also find these connections in my children’s book-writing path.
